How does a cohort work?
A cohort is a fixed group of 8 to 10 engineers who meet once a week for 12 weeks with the same instructor. Each session is a realistic technical scenario, like a design review or an incident postmortem, that you work through together in English.
When do sessions run?
Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes, mostly on weekday evenings, with some Saturday morning cohorts. The exact weekly slot is shown on each cohort before you enrol.
How much does it cost?
Between 10 and 15 euros per person per session. An individual seat for a full 12-session cohort is 180 euros; team seats are 120 euros per person for groups of five or more. Prices include Finnish VAT.
How do I join a cohort?
Create an account, take the short placement so we can suggest the right level, then pick an open cohort and confirm your seat. A cohort that is full cannot be joined.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded, so you can catch up. Your error log and any feedback are still added. Tell your instructor if you know in advance.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the 14-day withdrawal period, and up to 14 days before a cohort starts. See the refund policy for the details.
Do you train whole teams?
Yes. Teams of five or more get a lower per-seat price, a progress dashboard, and invoicing with purchase-order support. See the For Teams page.
